In my paper "The Importance of Grammar", I argue that there is a specific time of when to teach grammar and a certain way that it should be taught. I wanted to argue that there has not been much change since the conversation that has been ongoing since about the 60's about how grammar is taught and not retained by the majority of students. I supported my claims with 8 great articles about how grammar should be used or taught. i think that there is a diversity of conversation and argument. I think that there are more things that i could have added in such as teachers could start teaching through grammar rants and such. That is what i would have done if i had had more time. I feel as though i explained my arguments pretty well but also could have given more of a gap on certain topics throughout the paper. I tried to elaborate more on certain parts of the article as Alex stated and fixed some grammatical errors in the paper. I always have trouble making the paper flow and would really appreciate advice on how to make it flow better. THANK YOU!
